فضای مجازی که ادعا می شود از غرب به ایران وارد شده فقط مبتنی بر تئوریهای انها است و الا این ایرانی ها بودند که فضای مجازی را ایجاد و ادامه دادند. بعنوان نمونه بزرگترین طراح میکروسافت همیشه طرح های اصلی خود را در مسجد میکروسافت و درهیات های شبانه طرح می کرد و به نتیجه می رساند. حتی در طرح اولیه کامپیوتر ها هم چرتکه مبنای طراحی شده بود که از ترتیب دهدهی آن برای ارسال پیام استفاده می شد و یا در ژاپن انقلاب الکترونیک براسا طراحی فرش ایرانی شکل گرفت و دومینوی یا مثلث پاسکال همان مقلب خیام است که تغییر نام داده اند تا مبانی تئوریک ایرانی بودن را حذف کنند. لذا برای تصویب قوانین در مجلس یا شورای فضای مجازی لازم است این مسائل مورد توجه قرار گیرد. تا قوانین فضای مچازی پشتوانه تئوریک ایرانی اسلامی داشته باشد و گرنه با توجه به تحریف تاریخ توسط غرب، فضای مجازی بسیار جدید بوده و دارای 5مرحله یا 4انقلاب است.

در همه مراکز علمی مربوط به سایبر و الکتونیک و فضای مجازی این چهار انقلاب مطرح می شود و در ایران هم تقلید از غرب ادامه دارد. نتیجه آن می شود که ایران هم باید ابتدا مرحله انقلاب اول را باید بطور کامل طی کند و تا به مرحله پنجم برسد غرب بتواند خود را به به انقلاب دهم! برساند و همیشه سوار بر کار و جلودار در فضای ایرانی باشد. در حالیکه تئوری ایرانی یا پشتوانه نظری فضای مجازی بسیار پیشرفته و جهانی و آینده نگر است. براساس نظریات اسلامی فضای مجازی یکی از ارکان معصومیت و زمینه سازی حکومت جهانی حضرت مهدی عج است. زیرا در علائم ظهور بطور قطع آمده است که امام زمان عج در هنگام ظهور پشت به کعبه ایستاده سخنرانی می کند در این حالت صدای او را همه می شنوند و تصویر او را از نزدیک می بینند. و حجت برهمه تمام می شود زیرا این بیان همه گیر و عام است یعنی به همه زبانهای محلی! و در تمام خانه ها اتفاق می افتد و کسی نمی تواند بگوید من نشنیدم یا نفهمیدم. و این رسالت فضای مجازی است. نرم افزاری مانند اینستاگرام با برد 8میلیارد خروجی و ترانسلیت با برد 8هزار ترجمه بصورت صوتی و تصویری و گفتاری و نوشتاری که اوج فضای مجازی خواهد بود. با این زمینه دست اندر کاران باید دستورالعمل و آینده نگری و طراحی سیستم را طوری برنامه ریزی کنند که قوانین لازم از ان استخراج شود. بطور مثال هر فردی در دنیا باید یک وسیله ارتباطی پیشرفته مثلا تبلت داشته باشد. اینترنت دارای پهنای باند جهانی و یکدست باشد. همه افراد آموزش های لازم را برای بر قراری ارتباط دیده باشند. و بودجه جهانی یازی آن در دستور قرار گیرد. لذا برای همیشه ایران از لاک دفاعی خارج شده و به توسعه و جهانی سازی ادبیات و اهداف امام زمانی می پردازد. حتی یک نفر هم از این دائره خارج بماند مسئولین مورد مواخذه قرار می گیرند زیرا فرموده اند کلکم راع! یعنی هیچ تنابنده ای از زیر ذره بین نباید دور بماند. افغانی و کرد و لر و بلوچ، هیچ فرقی با چگ و انگلوساکسون و دویچ نخواهد داشت کودک و نوجوان و بزرگسال در فضای مجازی حق برابر خواهند داشت و در مقابل قانون مساوی خواهند بود. بدیهی است اگر ایرانی ها تنبلی کنند و هنوز بفکر این باشند که در لاک دفاعی باقی مانده و بجای رفاه عام به رفاه شخصی بپردازند خداوند از قوم دیگری بهره خواهد برد!مثلا یاران امام زمان برخی شان از یمن، و برخی از ایران هستند ولی مشرق زمین بطور کلی بیان شده یعنی اگر ایرانیان فعالیت نکنند کار به دست خراسانیها(افغانیان) انجام خواهد شد و اگر یمن و لبنان وعراق وظیقه خود را انجام ندهید خورشید از غرب طلوع خواهد کرد فرانک و امریکن
